Feasibility and impact studies IBC Europe is ready to help our customers by conducting a Feasibility Analysis. The purpose of this analysis is to determine if the quantifiable benefits of an application's implementation, a management decision or any other project you may have will outweigh the total projected costs of ownership of that orientation. font> Each feasibility study is performed by our most senior consultants all of whom have considerable expertise as well as experience in conducting feasibility analyses. While the length of time of a feasibility analysis will vary with a project scope, in general most feasibility analyses will take approximately one month to complete and present the results to customer management. The feasibility analysis will investigate integration issues with existing and legacy systems. It will also integrate the organisation and provide a recommended approach and financial analysis based on the company strategy and projected business benefits and other feasible alternatives.
The initial phase of the feasibility analysis is typically conducted on site and interviews are arranged with key personnel. In many cases, key elements of the recommended approach can be demonstrated if appropriate.
